Soil Stack Vent

I was reffering to the stack matey. Thats the only stack in the property, from that straight out into the sewer, if that was a vent then yes there would be a smell in the place

Thats probably your problem then, you should have a vent outside (unless theres a shared vent at one of your neighbours houses) Could you not extend the soil ?
