Nope I said I agree with how the paras dealt with the situation and it can be legal to kill civillians in certain circumstances. If your life is at threat or other military is in threat then the use of lethal force is acceptable and fine.

You are supposed to warn civillians that you will shoot them if they ignore that warning then tough luck. Sometimes it is inappropriate to warn them once again tough luck.

As I say. It is perfectly legal to kill civillians in the circumstances of being shot at which there were shots fired at the soldiers.
