Yes, so what? Is he a High Court judge or not?
Well if he is he shouldn’t be !!!
Yes, so what? Is he a High Court judge or not?

So what? He either is a High Court judge or he isn't.is the same amount of evidence witnesses etc etc presented to a coroners court NO so his conclusions were based on his coroner qualification not his high court status

Good grief. So what? He either is a High Court judge or he isn't.
ITV made a drama about it: Murder on the Rock...more like a pre-emptive strike, as they were planning to strike civilian targets. I'm all for gorilla action in a just cause but when they start monkeying around with innocent bystanders then they cross a line.Had the same hoo haa a good while back when some IRA people were shot dead in Gibraltar

Next there will be a review of the storming of the Iranian Embassy.
After reading the inquest summary, it looks like the correct decision based on the evidence available to the coroner. From a strictly legal point of view.
Britain had to pay for the damage to the embassy think it was around million quidNext there will be a review of the storming of the Iranian Embassy.
Probably how he got the job and a six figure salary in the first place ?
The N.Ireland judiciary needs massive reform, it has been politicised since Tony Blairs surrender to the IRA.
Unionists have complaining about these witch hunts of veterans for years but have been ignored, ex soldiers have been sent to Belfast to face trial for alleged offences as far back as 50 years ago.
One veteran died of Covid while awaiting trial N.Ireland, he had been forced to travel when he wasn't in good health.
These charges against veterans are for the most part spurious and vindictive because the incidents had been investigated at the time and the soldiers involved were cleared of any wrong doing.
