Hi All

I hope I am not duplicating the threat but I have searched the forum and did not get any results. I have a house, built in the 60s, I wanted to replace the ceiling plasterboard, there are no insulation or sound insulation. I wanted to take this opportunity to install this. Do I need to inform Building Reg?
