I can't understand why you'd go to Spain and sit round a pool all day. I understand they're going for the sun and they're all desperate to get home with something to show for their pesetas, but the sun doesn't just shine round the pool.

I dont mind a few relaxing pool days but I couldn't do it all holiday

I have been more recently. Went to Tenerife in 1999 and Alicante in 2022.
