Can't see the attraction of going to Spain and sitting by a pool all day, boring as feck. We are off to North Macedonia and Kosovo this year, east Europe is best, more for your money and less hoards of tourists.

Agreed. These people don't deserve holidays, the freedom of travel is wasted on them, these days you can just stay in the UK and enjoy the heatwave without ever getting on a plane, all those unnecessary carbon emissions...

I used to go on holiday to the med early season, or Sept/Oct.
No way I could go somewhere infested with screaming brats. Hotels less busy as well.

No, still same numbers of tattooed Brits.
Cannot think of anything worse than going on these sorts of holidays.
Start off on a plane journey surrounded by half cut passengers. Nice.
Stay in a hotel filled with said people. Nice.
Enjoy some time on the beach or by the pool, surrounded by these people, crammed in like sardines. Nice.

Benidorm beach is incredible.
I've been there once, nowt special, too many Brits. Surely you get on holiday to get away from it all!
Beaches like that are ten a penny in any Med country.

Agreed however you only have to travel 20 mins up the road to some beautiful areas that tourists never go to. Stunning beaches and lovely scenery
