Speedfit or traditional copper?

what would you guys use in your own home if you were installing a new central heating system from scratch? plastic or copper? :D
If anyone answers this 100% one way or the other, then they're not making the best choice at the time of installation. The only time I'd use copper without thinking about it would be for rad tails, because they're more resilient against clumsy hoovering, and I like looking at copper rad tails.

Near the boiler it would be copper, and also supporting the circulating pump. Elsewhere it depends on the usual factors - access to the joint and speed of doing it.
