Splashbacks to match worktop?

As an alternative to tiling I want to use some kind of wall panel

B & Q do some splashbacks that match their worktops. Anyone seen anything similar elsewhere?

These are not the usual 10 cm high upstands but a panel 600 (or1200) x 2400 and about 10mm thick

Utopia do some www.utopiagroup.com. The solid worktop range is expensive and bespoke, but great. Thinner panels are available for splashbacks. They also do a much cheaper laminate range which is like kitchen worktop but thinner and for bathrooms.
