spot lights-confused

hello,
one of my spotlights went out as the transformer was gone. i changed the transformer and it now works. however the one with the new transformer comes on about three seconds before the other two comes on.

if they have been on for some time and you switch it off and on immediately, they all come on at the same time.
however if they have been off for about a minute of more,then the one with the new transformer comes on first. can anyone tell me the cause of this please?

I think your old transformers are soft start, which means the output is slugged to prevent them being affected by initial surge of power at switch on, whereas your new one is not.
