Reverse polarity on the incomming...

Polarity to isolator wrong way round so the busbar will be nuetral, and polarity wrong everywhere. Nice!

Obviously no testing of any sort was done.
The two MCBs - they might not be a failure (but probably are given it is a holiday chalet) but why not have all RCBOs in such a small unit? Would only be another £40 or so.

Then again if the owners have their 'handyman' replacing consumer units they clearly have no concern for the safety of their customers or anyone else. They should be reported to the local authority and hopefully prosecuted.
