Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

A passage is deemed "not innocent" (e.g., breaching immigration laws), states can take necessary steps to prevent it from entering territorial waters.

Not if you stay alongside of it or within reach of it at a safe distance until the frogs arrive
If it's alongside then the small boat will be in English waters and they can then say they are in distress

You claimed pushbacks don't put them in distress, so the Frogs have no need to come

Either scenario you are wrong

You mean a push back

A push back on an overloaded Inflatable beat puts it in distress, so rescue is necessary

No, if a craft is seaworthy and these inflatables that they use are. It is perfectly acceptable to push back without causing harm and no rescue is necessary

Foreign vessels generally have the right of innocent passage through a state's territorial sea (up to 12 nautical miles from shore), You wouldn't want to push these back in any case, a not innocent passage then yes you can providing that the vessel is seaworthy.

They cannot simply say they are in distress when it is evident that they are not. You wouldn't fool the fire brigade by screaming fire in your house when there isn't one could you?

Far rage has announced some fairly left wing policies/soundbites which Kieth must respond to, tne only thimg missing is the hi vis jacket. Labor should be shifting to tne left before its too late
Nigels policies are left, right and centre.
He has got something for anyone who has a vote.
Massive tax cuts for business and the rich, WFA reinstated, end of 2 child benefit cap, tax allowance up from 12.5 grand to 20000, NHS waiting lists reduced to zero in 2 years, net immigration reduced to zero, ect.ect.
To make all these promises reality, he will need more than a money tree, he will need a whole forest of them.

Change massive tax cuts to massive tax rises and it’s almost a Corbin manifesto

I have got an awful feeling, though, that there is a chance that neither side will be able to convince the other. It is almost becoming like a stalemate.
A stalemate can occur when the interpretation is ambiguous.
The interpretation is not ambiguous. It's misinterpreted by mbk to suit his political ideology.

If his interp[retation was correct, why did the Attorney general advice the Tory government to ditch the idea?
Why does France and other countries oppose the idea?
Why does the UN declare it illegal?
Why is Greece being taken to court?
Why are the Greek nationals being charged with offences?

:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Somehow I doubt that he is. wrong. I am considering myself somewhat of an expert myself on this subject now as I am doing a day skippers course. MBK is a Yacht Master (Ocean going) so you can bet your bottom dollar that he knows.
You can bet your bottom dollar that he misinterprets the regulations to suit his political ideology. :D

Nice bit of Yoda'ish though :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Look at what you wrote. Look where you placed your full stops. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

If I was in the chanel and came across them, I would tow them back to France myself. It would have to be during the day though oh and I would have to have an instructor with me oh and I would need a boat too. So all these things aligned, I would have no hesitation.
Yeah.
And if you had a rifle you'd shoot them.:rolleyes:
Remember what you told us, Dick? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Scenario 1, is correct.
scenario 2, stop them entering British waters. They are not legally registered nor has their passage been logged.
No wonder you vote for idiots that tell lies.
If they tell you it's not illegal, you believe them without question.
Like filly: blind obedience because they share your warped ideology.

Your degree taught you that? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
