Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

Spongers eh?

“The average UK-based migrant from Europe contributed approximately £2,300 more to UK public finances in 2016/17 than the average UK adult. In comparison, each UK born adult contributed £70 less than the average, and each non-European migrant contributed over £800 less than the average.”

"The average European migrant arriving in the UK in 2016 will contribute £78,000 more than they take out in public services and benefits over their time spent in the UK"

They must have been on a bloody good whack, washing cars, picking vegetables, working as kitchen porters, cleaning houses, waiting on tables and cutting hair!

Who the fùck were those 'migrants'?

I think radio 4 did a fact check on that. Of course migrants who need work visas will contribute more on average, because... well they have to have a job with a certain pay to have a work visa.

You are either being stupid or a liar

EU workers didn’t need visas

Remind me what happened to unemployed EU workers pre-brexit.

Ahh thats right, limited rights to reside or claim benefits.

and now...

here is another version the claim

So of course someone who is here to work is going to contribute, otherwise they go home.

here is another version the claim
From your link:

“A study found that in 2022/23 a migrant skilled worker made an average net fiscal contribution of £16,300, higher than the £14,400 of a UK-born working adult”

So migrants make a bigger contribution to U.K. economy than British workers.

Well that’s odd, migrant haters like you and Mottie claim they lower wages abd cause a drain on public services and claim benefits. But now you are arguing the opposite.

You are all over the place.

If you genuinely believe that to be true, you are one sick ****.
Reform party sold lies and now they are gonna have to try and deliver on those lies.

Nothing sick about seeing con artists get shown up.

The sick thing is the idiots who fell for it.

because to work here they must have a visa, a job and a minimum salary. You do understand how to work out the average don't you?

If you take 100 random numbers from 0-50 the average is going to be around 25. If you then do the same from 20-50, what do you think the answer will be?

That is how you get to a higher contribution, there are fewer migrants here who are unemployed due to visa conditions.
