I think he was insinuating one of the above statements may be wrong.

As already discussed, It is governed by the same rules governing all other political parties.
Plenty of political parties have limited companies. How they came to exist is irrelevant.
They seem to have plenty of members and the party rule book clearly describes how they operate.
Over 229,000 paid up members?

That is because you don’t understand politics. If you had taken a different degree to your soft furnishings one. You might then have a grasp on politics. You see it doesn’t make any difference to me who is in charge or what their policies or lies are. My life will continue without disruption regardless.
He's just a mere councillor. He's a newby. He'll soon pick it up as he goes along. Some parties have MP's that are ten times worse. With a lot of bad luck, this one could have been our Home Secretary. Gawd help us!

So you don't deny that it is a Company, owned and controlled by its shareholders, and that Farage has a controlling interest.
Other political parties are controlled by their membership.
