They have removed their advert because of the outcry but this is a direct quote taken from their site before they took it down.

Dunno what the original claim was but that item says they would offer a guaranteed 5 year rental term, not 'consider' one. The only consideration mentioned by Serco was about the type of properties they would consider - traditional HMOs, family property, former care homes, residential and student accommodation
