Stainless steel central heating pipes

Hello.The main part of my central heating is made up of half inch stalnless steel pipes.(A plumber told me this was used as a cheaper option than copper in the 70's ).I now need to relocate some rads etc and dont know how to join copper fittings to this steel pipeCan anyone please advise if they have a solution.

Compression fittings or push fit. There was special flux for soldering stainless steel to copper fittings, but you had to fill the pipe to flush it out within 24 hours, or corrosion set in.
