Standard light fitting with extra large ceiling rose?

Add a skirt to the rose - though getting the right one for the existing rose may be difficult. Never heard them called a halo as in the link mr_chaela posted above.
At one time they seemed to be standard fit, but don't seem to have been lately.
Makes decorating easier when you drop them down along with the rose cover - but look cack when (as normal) people paint over them.

"Halos" were quite common in the past with the older smaller roses, a "skirt" is the bit that screws on a Batten holder
