Standard loft room cost

Hello,

just wonder what the cost would be for a standard loft room, floor, lights couple of plug sockets.

what you have
and what you want
attic space to habitable room perhaps 15-40k
attic space to storage area perhaps 1-2k
all dependant on size and what needs done

Basically just a room to relax in nothing special, a desk a laptop thats about it.

What about insulation, windows, stairs?

You might as well put a desk in your shed and save some cash.

There is no such thing as a standard loft since there are hundreds of variables.
