NHS has 8 million waiting list….so please tell me how quickly you think that will take to come down?

There is a massive backlog of processing asylum seekers….how long should that take?

U.K. has a massive debt, £2.8tr how quickly do you expect that to be sorted out?

Public services like social care, mental health services etc are in collapse…how quickly do you think that could be sorted out.

Come on, you are whining about Labour, so let’s see you grow a backbone and say how fast you think the problems could be sorted out
NHS has 8 million waiting list…caused by covid
U.K. has a massive debt, £2.8tr massively helped along by covid
Public services like social care, mental health services etc are in collapse --- caused by --- you get the idea
Why do you constantly chuck out these figures and continuously ignore the main cause. None of that would be any better under labour - actually worse because they wanted to go further then the conservatives.
Note to Barry Scott -- none of what I have just said involves conspiracy's or anti vax or any other reason ;)

The NHS are embracing privatisation so probably quite quickly. I was diagnosed as needing a full hip replacement just over a month ago. Waiting time at my local NHS hospital is 56 weeks.
I was given the option of a private hospital in the neighbouring county which is offering a consultation in January with an op in the following 3-4 weeks, covered by the NHS.

As I told you this sort of thing has been going on for some time. If private they call themselves friends of the NHS.

Radio 4 did a fact check on this earlier in the year, I cannot remember if it was 8 or 28 years, but it will see this government out before it comes down.

What are the facts?
Apart from the fact that a vast majority of the electorate want the current government?
Let's keep the poncy Tory toffs out a bit longer, eh?

You lost, get over it!

I lost nothing

Never voted in a general election since the 80s and when I did it was for

Michael Foot ounce and
Kinnock twice

But as said Corbyn got more votes than starmer

Get over it :giggle:

Labour's plan for the NHS is over 10 years. For this 5year term they have set out what they hope to achieve. Part of that is new equipment in 2026. 2025 is more of a mix that includes some reorganisation.
