Storage heAter asbestos help!

Hi I’ve recently moved into an old property and am waiting for central heating to be put in. It currently has old storage heaters and I’m worried that they may contain asbestos. Especially if my pregnant wife is around..

The model is berry magicoal 4102

I have looked on registers of heaters containing asbestos and I’m unable to find anything regarding this brand.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Asbestos is widely present everywhere you go, it is only dangerous when disturbed and /or spores are released. Provided you dont start dismantling things, and if asbestos is present, suitable and necessary precautions are taken with asbestos control, then the risk is minimal.

Any damage done by asbestos spores doesn't usually manifest itself until many years later unfortunately.
