Storage heater cable

Hi,
A quick one i think just fitted a new storage heater 2.55kw does the cable have to be heat protection cable i heard someplace that it has to be.
I am just buying the cable an electrician will be fitting it just want to make sure i get the correct cable from screwfix.

Yes, heat resistant is required.

I guess he will have some but i said to him i would assemble the heater and get cable etc so he can just drop in between jobs and wire it up. Thanks for the replies i am off to screwfix to get some cable,thanks again.
