Hi guys. I've to replace the stove glass on the Stanley Oisin

Stove is old and I had to drill some of the screws out last time

What's the best approach to remove the screws . Should i tip the stove on its side so the door is flat on the floor and apply release spray to the screws ?

Thanks for any ideas

So new door rope and glue yes ? I've done that before so no problem

When you say replace all screws you mean the glass retaining screws only ?

Also will the door usually come off easy enough. would you use an impact or release spray on the door screws ?

Thanks for all the advise

Hmm so the door screws were easily removed and I can see the sealing rope is 12mm

My only remaining concern is how do I tighten the glass correctly
