Want to make one room into 2 rooms with doorway !
Room is 18ftx12ft
will fix timber along ceiling ,floor and walls to seperate rooms
then batton to fix plaster board
question is ?
what timber ect

Ever heard of 4" mid density concrete blocks (or 6" if you want) ? Dot and dab the plaster board onto them and skim.

Much better and much stronger if you intend to hang anything from the wall.
