Suggest a waterproof junction box please

I've to replace an outdoor floodlight. The wire that's coming out of my wall is flat; and the one for the new floodlight is cylindrical. And I want a waterproof junction that can connect them both. See pictures.

Can someone suggest the best waterproof connectors and junction box types that I can use to connect them both? Thanks.

Suggest a small Wiska box. Use a stuffing gland for the lighting flex. The T&E can feed in through gtd back if the box.
