Suggestions to replace sd1 speech dialler

Have got a honeywell galaxy 16 alarm system which is hooked up to an sd1 speech dialler using PTSN telephone network.

Its possible that I may no longer have an active telephone line in the near future.

So looking for suggestions on how I can continue to get alarm notifications? Can the sd1 be replaced by something else that could use mobile signals or wifi network to provide alarm notifications.

Any suggestions appreciated from the experts.
