Woah there.

Lots of things to think about first

1. How will the summer house be connected to the house itself? What is the distance?

2. What is the protection at the house end?

3. Is the supply RCD protected at the house end?

4. Is there an RCD in the "garage" consumer unit?

5. You do not mention lights!

6. Are there any extraneous services in the summerhouse (eg water, gas etc)

The answers to those initial questions may/will dicate what you can have at the summerhouse end.

And who is going to actual construct the circuit, inspect, test and commission?
Are you aware of the legal aspect concerning domestic electrical installations?
Do you have any knowledge of the requirements of BS7671?
8 sockets for kettle, fridge and heater, seems a little OTT!
