I have a Baxi Solo boiler which recently blew it's circuit board. It was replaced like for like by a local heating engineer who could not get the heating working, only hw. In the summer thats not to much of a problem.
I found the boiler has a pump live which was connected to term 9 but apart from that the cabling is as the Sunvic diagram. I've now connected the pump live to the pump and the boiler controls the pump. There are three cables from the select 207 hw off hw on ch on 7,8, 4 resp. The room stat is shunted out acronn 4 and 5.
Now the problem hw works fine but I cannot get the 3port valve to give me heating.
any ideas please!!!!

Start from scratch and rewire it all.
Ignore the numbers in the connection box, they mean nothing.
Copy the instructions except perhaps that yes, the pump should be supplied from the boiler output terminal.

It's obviously been done incorrectly. That usually means that there will be no wire from the HW OFF terminal in the programmer to the connection box, and maybe no connection from HW Satisfied on the Cyl stat either.

It can sometimes take a good hour hours to sort out where the wires come from and reconnect everything.
