You can't upgrade supplementary bonding in a special location e.g. bathroom without notifying BC.

Been there, got a few more years before the 50th. Done my first few years app on the 14th, and now I use the 16th to squash flys

You don't normally have supplementary bonding in a special location. You have Equipotential bonding is these locations

Check the definitions of supplementary and Equipotential in the regs, there is a difference
