What supply would be best for an IP44 Lighted Bathroom Cabinet. Cabinet has 2x T8 15watt 4000k fluorescent bulbs and a 240volt shaver socket. Diagram shows supply from lighting circuit. I can free up a 30amp RCD in the consumer unit.

I suspect you mean MCB, not RCD.

But 30A would require you to run a new cable, at least 4mm² (depending on how it's installed - see some examples of capacity here: http://www.batt.co.uk/upload/files/4d5.pdf ) from the CU to where the cabinet is. And when it gets there you might find that it's too big to go into the terminals.

From the lighting circuit is a much better idea. But is that RCD protected?

Also, a couple of things to note:

1) Where cables buried in walls are allowed to run: //www.diynot.com/wiki/electrics:walls

2) How lighting circuits work: //www.diynot.com/wiki/Electrics:Lighting
