My joiner left a wardrobe project unfinished. He had said that he was going to put supporting rods behind the wardrobe doors, which are basically three 3m tall sliding doors.

I haven't found on google something that classifies as a wooden panel supporting rod, I don't know if he had something specific in mind, or a general rod?

I'm attaching a few pics that show the routing as well as some points that I presume would hold the rod in place.
Right now the doors are bent (some more than others) and I suspect that's the reason he wanted to put the rods in the first place. Not that I trust what he'd said now, but hey ho, I thought I'd run it by this forum.
