suprima 120 heat exchanger

Got a heat exchanger to do on one of the upward firing Suprimas, has anyone done one of these before and how bad are they? May have to do the burner too, is that likely to give me headaches?

Piece of ****. Once completley drained down, 2 hrs max including drain down and refilling :D
 
Cheers, didnt end up doing it though; the customer baulked at HRP's £290 price for the heat exchanger!! Says he'd rather a new boiler...
