Swapping bath tap connections

I have some bath taps to swap with some old hep2o tap connectors on am I best of putting new connections on when I swap the taps?

If you replaced you'd have to cut two sockets in the pipe below to the fit new help plastic tap connectors

Not imo, there’s different alternatives.

Nothing wrong with re-using them but as suggested, fit a new fibre washers/seal if re-using and make sure you remove all the old washer/seal first.
