I have read many posts about the swiftflow having hot water issues but nothing like my problem that has me baffled,
central heating works fine,
when hot tap is turned on boiler fires up and hot water flows, but only for a short period, this can vary from 20 seconds one day to a few minuites another, then it just goes cold then maybe slightly warm for a while then cold again even though the boiler remains running at full burn, and will do so untill the tap is turned off..
whereas i can run the shower (which is basically just a mixer tap taken from the same pipe work as the bath tap) for as long as i want with constant piping hot water,
pressure is a constant 1.5
flow rate through taps stays constant,
help would be much appreciated.
