does anybody know what the switch configuration is called that has off/on1 and then on 1 &2

ie first position off second position load 1 on then third position load 1 and load 2 both on

Have you previously seen one? Where? Is it grey and red?

You could always use a Double-Pole off/on/on or on/on/on if you can't find exactly what you want.
