Switch with neon

This is the rear of the neon switch

So ...

The two browns together = SUPPLY L
The brown and black together = LOAD L
The two blue and grey together = SUPPLY N

Is that right?
 
Yes it is, and also there needs to be an earth connection to the switch.
in this case you seem to have a basic grasp, but no disrespect would recomend you do a bit of research on how switches and circuits work to assist you in the future.

You basically have 2 twin and earth cables and 1 three core and earth cable marked, mains, lights and fan.

The fan is the 3 core, using a grey Neutral, therefore you could if desired, have the MAINS Blue and the FAN Grey in the Supply N and put the Blue cable marked LIGHT on its own into the Load N terminal
 
He could still put all three neutrals in the N SUPPLY terminal (or N LOAD for that matter), but

surely the Load N will be the one in the cable with the Load L.
