Any citizen afraid of government is a tyranny .
Guns keep the government honest

So the citizen is a tyranny?

And won't the government, metaphorically and literally, have more guns? i.e. be able to use more force than any citizens?

Name a government that is honest. Certainly not the USA's!

there are lots of guns in Iraq

there are lots of guns in Serbia

there are lots of guns in Zimbabwe

therefore the governments are... no, that doesn't work.

A well-regulated militia, however might be a good idea.
