T bars over porcelain tiles

Guys.... I have porcelain tiles and there are separated at each door entry and meet other porcelain tiles and a wooden floor...... the chrome t bars that are down keep on coming up .. I tried to mastic it it but no good... then some no nails stuff and they are coming up again.... what do I need for a permanent fix and keep the little ****s in place......thanks in advance

When you say mastic, was it really mastic or silicone, I would have thought a good squirt of silicone in the gap and a smear under the bars would hold them, if weighted down whilst it set.
