T Piece For Washer Feed

Any ideas how to get an upright supply for a washing machine supply from the capped 15mm pipe below the White waste, many thanks.

I would say that upward leg of that tee has had an appliance supply removed and then the cap was added.

Shut water off, remove the blank off the top of the tee, fit a length of copper, clipped it to the wall, then an appliance valve on top of that.
 
Thanks for the reply folks, was just concerned about getting the upright pipe running behind the waste and the 22mm copper pipe.
 
If you use piece of 15mm plastic then you can 'bend' it around the pipe fixed into a couple of clips. You might be able to loosen off either end and twist the fitting slightly so it point towards the wall a little bit.
