after some info ive been informed if a upvc window which is external beaded you need to remove rubber seal from inside first , this will make it easy to remove beads , then change glass , put external beads back in , come back inside and put pressure on glass and push seals back in around sealed unit , is this correct

Yes, you must do this first with a blunt tool to lift the rubber sealant out of the groove.

Not yet, push the glass unit back to the frame where the rubber sealant was, then unclip the beading on front for the glass unit to come out. Put the new glass unit in then the beading clips then push the glass against the beading then rubber sealant at the back into the groove. Ideally the sealant need to be about 25mm longer and start at each corner and push it in toward the centre.

do you know any web site address for different type of rubber seals
