tap to shower converting

Our bath tub has a corner mounted single mixtap. Something like this:

Basically move the lever right for cold water and left for hot water. So with that in mind the bath tub only has one single tap outlet.

We are looking for a duel tap/shower option that can be mounted in place of the current tap? Cannot find one anywhere? Does such a thing exist? And where?

Bristan are excellent products, and years down the line you can still get parts for them.
Ideal Standard do one too - Screwfix 22071 @ £113.31 but do be aware these need a minimum pressure of 0.5 bar.

If the customer wants quality, I usually point them towards Bristan or Grohe. Ideal are good too.

Have had some very good after sale service from Bristan.
