had a cup from a customer a couple of weeks ago, not bad at all

Nope, this was a straight up normal brew. Thats what was worrying!

weve had to endure that,1 chap went into the kitchen and started to take the plug to the kettle apart,was asked what he was doing,he replied he thought the kettle was broken.

BOY did he get a b+++iking from the guvnor.was funny though.

I'd have loved to have seen that!

I've worked jobs where sometimes their too kind-they want to have a natter with you! Ends up being a therapy session for them and a headache for me!
