This might sound an obvious question ...

How do I T off from an existing length of 15mm copper?

The rad pipe doesnt have much movemt, if I cut it how do I instert both ends of a compression T ?

The ideal way would be to remove the rad by undoing the unions.

You would then have plenty of movement in the pipe.

If you really will not do that then you need to cut the pipe twice and use a slip coupling as well as the tee.

The slip coupling can rejoin the pipe after you have inserted the tee.

Thanks for the quick replies.

I cant find anyone who does slip tees?
Or 15mm slip couplings?

Any idea who stock's these?

The pipe is not currently attached to a rad, its a vertical segment that runs down the a wall into the screed in my basement. I'm tapping off for a twoel rad.
