Telescopic Shower Rail

Hi, we have recently retiled our bathroom. We have a very small shower enclosure and require a telescopic shower rail to fit a 59cm wide shower enclosure. Does anyone know where to find a rail this small, or could a larger rail be cut to measure? We dont want a normal rail, as we dont want to drill the new tiles!

Why don't you want to drill the tiles? You won't see the holes with the rail in place.
