Temporary Works Schedule

Hi
Surveyor wants a temporary works schedule before he will sign off party wall. What neesd to be included? I have seached for some guidance but nothing clear. I have the steels from the engineers and was going to list in whihc order they will be installed and propoing and underpinning sequence.
does anyone know what else is required, just need the basic as an engineer wants to charge me £2500 to write one up.

Why isn't your PW surveyor doing it as part of his job?

No he is not, he has said I need to provide it and have a 'confirmation' from an engineer saying he has nothing furhter to add.

I am perplexed as to what PW surveyors are actually paid for really, no value is added, but costs a fortune
