Terminating SWA

I'm running 6mm^2 (3 core) SWA to my garage and am looking for some advice on how to properly terminate it into a plastic CU.

I have the appropriate glands and understand that it would be better to terminate it into a metal box and then connect it to CU.

Can someone please advise on the type of metal box to use and how to connect the wire & earthing from the box to the CU.

suitably sized adapatable metal box, use a banjo for the earth (should be with the gland) cut tails longer than required to go into cu

or use a threaded conduit box, the box thread will provide a more than adequate earthing connection to the earth terminal in the box and its a lot smaller than an adaptable too.
