Wondered if anybody could offer any advice on restoring some colour to the above, we have them fitted on my mothers kitchen floor (been down for about 30 years) which are basically washed out, we are in the process of trying to sell the property and would rather not have to relay the floor so was wondering if anybody had any advice ref restoring the colour or putting a shine back on them, the tiles are blue with a white fleck

You need to use a colour enhancer, normally applied by brush, most enhance and seal. Have a look at Fila and Liberon products.
