Hi,
I've got a 6" inline fan that is playing up. The fan runs very slowly but is not fouling at all. I've attached a diagram of the motor circuit and have 407 ohms across white and red, black and red is 207 ohms, white and black is 200 ohms, white and yellow is short, black and brown is 160 ohms, yellow and brown is 364 ohms. Do those numbers sound right? I can buy a new PCB but don't want to if the motor has had it. Fan is a Swift air XFLO150T. Any ideas?

Thanks

If you've done that it is likely one of the windings has gone bad, possibly a shorted turn. New fan time. This model is readily available and it is not worth spending much money repairing an old unit.
