Texecom 88 Wintex 2 Questions

I have installed the above alarm in my new house, and have setup everything but am struggling with 2 items.

1. Speaker Volume, how do I turn down the internal speaker volume? It is mega loud on arming and disarming. It is connected to the SPK terminals on the main board but mounted in the hall.

2. Night Arm. I am at a loss of how to get it to Arm straight away, and only activate door sensors. So can still walk around in the house at night, with door's alarmed. At the moment I have PIRs and Doors all in Zone A do I need to separate?

Adjust speaker volume in global
Zones you want OFF in part set 1 tick the box if you use wintex to program or turn on in attributes if programming from keypad

in area options part arm instant so it arms almost instantly
