Texecom connect nightmare

Hi all,
Can anyone please help. I have installed a Texecom connect to my alarm system all went well managed to programme and set it up all fine . However everything is working on the app notifications etc except I cannot get the alarm to arm/ disarm I have tried all sorts but whatever I do it’s always the same. Anyone else had this issue.

difficult to say for certain.

what are the smart com lights doing?
was this a self install or company?
did you set it up and then later generate another app code from the panel?
