Texecom elite 48 not arming. Help please

Hello guys. Looking for some help on this texecom.

I got given it when I bought my house.
I fitted it all last week. But cant for the life of me figure out why it won't arm.

It's a very small system.
2 pirs both on guard and a remote keypad.
1 pir covering front lounge 2nd covering kitchen
I will add more pirs when I get it working.

Keypad is in lounge

Bell box wired up and tested

I can arm the panel it completes full arm but if I move in the house when armed it doesn't set off the alarm.

I've got wintex.
Setup both pirs as guard in area A zone 1 and zone 2

Is there some setting I'm missing.
If i do a walk test it doesn't pickup the pirs as well.

Wiring fault ? How is it wired ? 4 wire or 2 wire EOL , what detectors ? Inbuilt resistors ?

4 wire. Built in resistors set to 2k2 4k7. Texecom compact pirs.

I have set the jumpers to 2k2 and 4k7 and have also set the zone to 2k24k7 deol is that correct .

No its not correct.

should be double pole/eol if its the metal 48 wire into first terminal and last terminal of each zone, if plastic just wire into the 2 terminals of each zone.

So I don't need to use all 6 wires. Just 4

Yes it's metal.
And then do I set the pir jumpers to 2k2 and 4k7 and what do I put in wintex?

You don't need to on a 48
