Texecom premiar 24

Hi I Installed my own texecom last year with the the help of this forum.
Today whilst decorating I had to take down one of the pir in the living I entered and enabled engineer turned power of and took it down. The alarm went of so I put the code in. But now it won't let me reset the tamper fault. Banging head against brick wall can anyone help

Enter eng code press reset it will now say log off eng press yes . If tamper still showing check detector lid on correct.

 

[Lectrician]

You may have it programmed so only engineer can reset a tamper. Use the eng code.

You may also have it set to anti-code reset only.
